Regal Rexnord Q3 2026 Sales Rise 6% as Data Center Demand Surges
Regal Rexnord posted $1.59B in Q3 sales, up 6% year-over-year, while data center revenue jumped 307% amid a GAAP net loss.
Regal Rexnord Corporation reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1,588 million, a 6% increase compared to the same period a year earlier, the Milwaukee-based industrial manufacturer announced Monday. Daily orders also climbed 6% versus the prior year, signaling continued demand momentum across the company's product lines.
The standout performer was the company's data center segment, which recorded a 307% surge in sales year-over-year. Even after stripping out E-Pod contributions — a prefabricated electrical infrastructure product — data center revenue still rose 169%, underscoring broad-based strength in that vertical rather than a single product driving the headline figure.

Despite the top-line growth, Regal Rexnord swung to a GAAP net loss of $12 million in the quarter, a sharp reversal from GAAP net income of $80 million recorded in the third quarter of the prior year. The company did not detail the specific charges driving the loss in the initial release, leaving analysts to await the full earnings call for further clarity.
The results reflect a wider trend among industrial manufacturers increasingly exposed to data center infrastructure buildout, as hyperscaler capital spending continues to accelerate. Regal Rexnord's ability to grow orders and revenue at a mid-single-digit rate while navigating profitability pressures will likely be a focal point for investors evaluating the stock's near-term trajectory.
